Business Identity

The Morris Estate (located at 2007 Morris Drive, Niles, Michigan 49120) operates a luxury country resort, bed & breakfast, and wedding venue in Southwest Michigan. By opting in to SMS communications, you may receive text messages from us related to lodging reservations, wedding and event coordination, retreat bookings, culinary experiences, vendor showcase updates, event RSVPs, and general property communications.

Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 269-371.4143. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase goods or services.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You will receive messages at a frequency that varies based on the nature of your inquiry or reservation, for example, booking confirmations, event reminders, or follow-up communications related to your stay or event.
