Our offsite venue, located in the city of Niles, is a short 10 minute drive from the estate. Gallery 1245 offers a private space dedicated to corporate meetings and events. Whether a rehearsal dinner, birthday party, reunion or business gathering, we can provide personalized planning and catering services.

Accommodating up to 140 guests, Gallery 1245 presents a classic design punctuated with ritzy accents to create a jazzy atmosphere. Features include tables, chairs, linens, place settings, dance floor, presentation equipment, and full service bar.

We stayed at the River House at the Morris Estate for three nights with friends. It’s an amazing place and was absolutely gorgeous. It is a hidden gem in Niles, Michigan. We had a beautiful, clean suite overlooking the river. We spent lots of time at the outside fire pit and the fireplace inside and also walked the many trails on the estate. The breakfasts were delicious and every employee we met was kind, friendly and informative. We plan to return next year!

I rented the entire house for a family reunion (7 adults and 6 children). The experience could not have been better. The photos do not do the house justice. There was tons of room for my family to congregate as well be able to spend quiet time separately. The property is vast and allows for a lot of outdoor time. I had a catered dinner through Morris and Nate was wonderful and the food was delicious. Highly recommend and hope to return when it’s a bit warmer so we can take advantage of the salt water pool!
